BVS Nepal in coordination with Sancharika Samuha participate at a discussion on “Role and responsibility of society and state towards burns violence survivors" on Samakon program, Kantipur Television, from 9:00 pm to 10:00 pm on Friday, 5 August 2016.
The main panelist(s) were: Ms Mohana Ansari, spokesperson and member of the National Human Rights Commission; Dr Piush Dahal, Chief Plastic Surgeon, Burns Ward, Bir Hospital and Mr Khagendra Lamichhane, artist and director
From BVS Nepal side, the president, Ms. Sulakshana Rana, the counselor, M. Padma Ghimire and the physiotherapist, M. Bibek Ghimire gave as well their inputs into the discussion. Also, some survivors muster up their courage by sharing their own experience on air.
